    Definición de zonas de descarga hídrica por medio de análisis geomorfológico e imágenes térmicas en la cuenca del río Piedras, Jericó-Antioquia

    This is a graduate work looking for the title of geologist, where water discharge zones of aquifers were identified in the Piedras river basin in Jericó-Antioquia; by means of heuristic analysis of thermal images, and geomorphological models such as: slopes, slope orientation, curvatures and lineaments; developed from a digital elevation model with a spatial resolution of 10m. A 3D model was achieved where the internal flows of the watershed were identified in a conceptual way, integrating the discharge zones, lineaments and potential aquifer water recharge zones from the master's work of Isabel Cristina Arias Villada. Finally, a validation of the different discharge zones identified with the mapping of water source points from the first order drainage mapping of the IGAC (Agustin Codazzi Geographic Institute) is carried out.

    Lineamientos estratégicos para la implementación de la unidad de primera infancia del municipio de Bello en pro de la atención integral de la población

    The present qualitative research aims to establish strategic guidelines for the implementation of the early childhood unit for the comprehensive care of children aged 0 to 6 in the municipality of Bello, Antioquia. The documentary review presents an analysis of different cases that are configured as referents at the international and national levels in comprehensive early childhood care, In this way, relevant elements of the cases studied are taken up and a proposal is presented according to the context of the Bellanite city. The main result is the strategic route with 4 lines: health care and nutrition, psycho-educational strategies for early childhood development, training of human talent and early childhood integration and development. General emphasis is placed on the importance of promoting coordination and care for the family unit in order to provide timely care for the comprehensive development of early childhood, with a human rights approach.

    Lineamientos iniciales para una política pública que apalanque financieramente el agro colombiano

    Agriculture is one of the most important economic activities in production chains and in the survival of its producers and the world´s population. However, the economic and social conditions of this sector in most emerging economies are not the appropriate ones, leading to the questioning of the public policies aimed to agriculture. In this paper, the approach to improve these situations is based on a greater financial leverage for producers, focusing exclusively on the Colombian case. The goal is to provide a new basis for agrarian policies in this specific area. The document contains a review of: the current regulations dedicated to the financial leverage of agriculture, the economic and social data of the sector, and an illustration of the actors’ (users and public policy makers) perspective through an indagatory instrument; so they are contrasted with the objective of obtaining new public guidelines related to financial support in agriculture. Based on this comparison, the proposal built here consists in a long-term public policy, focusing on nine scopes, where standout: financial education, government and banking accompaniment and agricultural insurance.
