Publicación Diseño de un modelo comercial con enfoque en liderazgo en producto en el sector ganadero del norte de Antioquia como benchmarking y para su replicación al resto del país(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Muñoz Carvajal, Diana Marcela; Pineda Toro, Oscar Mauricio; Giraldo Hernández, Gina MaríaThis graduate work focuses on the creation of a commercial model based on product leadership for the mineralized salts and mineral supplements company for cattle, Premex S.A.S., for the northern area of Antioquia in the municipalities of Santa Rosa, Belmira, San José de la Montaña, San Pedro, Entrerríos and Don Matías. Through a theoretical framework, some aspects of benchmarking relevant for the design of the commercial model are identified by means of a survey of 15 questions with quantitative and qualitative methods carried out to a sample of agricultural warehouses in the area. With this information, a commercial model is developed that will be communicated to the company to be used as a reference for the implementation of the product leadership model in other areas of the country and other livestock sectors, thus covering a new market niche at a lower cost of service.
