It aims to evaluate the feasibility of developing a mobile application to teach English to Colombian children with dyslexia -- Using the Logical Framework approach (CEPAL.ILPES, 2005), a central problem was found in the Colombian education system: children with dyslexia are not able to learn how to write and read properly in English due to the lack of material and therefore, there is not an adequate process to teach them a new language -- It is important to mention that this insight was found out in a neuropsychological center (where the author worked) and both, parents – students and therapists established that there were not enough available material and as a consequence, children with this condition did not have tools to learn English -- To evaluate this idea the 7 studies proposed by the UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) methodology were used, as follow: sectoral study, marketing study, technical study, environmental impact study, organizational study, legal study and financial study (Behrens & Hawranek, 1994). Moreover, a risk analysis is done using the software @Risk and a strategic study is carried out through the SWOT model
