This work is carried out as a fundamental part of the feasibility analysis of a solidarity entity sponsored by the Fondo de Empleados de ISA (FEISA), whose objective is to meet the current and future needs of its associates, relatives of its associates, contractors of companies linked to the fund and the general public interested in belonging to this entity that is referred by an associate affiliated the entity and that meets the requirements to belong to it. In the first part, the main causes for which entrepreneurships fail in Colombia are analyzed, and it is detected in some of the most recent studies that the lack of a business model is one of the main causes of these failures. Based on this finding, a rigorous analysis of the literature is carried out on some of the current methodologies most used for the design and validation of business models, finding that the Lean Canvas methodology is the most used for startups, since it has greater advantages compared to the other alternatives analyzed and the most appropriate to use in the current stage of this project. With the first hypotheses made by the management team of the entity, a first business model is designed with the Lean Canvas methodology, and it is validated through an applied, quantitative, descriptive, programmatic market research from primary and secondary sources, transversal, and Non-experimental carried out through a survey that shows that the business model for the entity is viable and there is an important interest of the target audience to affiliate. The name of the entity that will be known as the MiMu Familias Solidarias mutual association is created; in addition, in the final part of the work the products and services with which MiMu Familias Solidarias can start providing its services are displayed.

Lean methodologies for the development of business models in companies and startups have managed to create standardized processes to generate, starting from people's needs, ideas that are tested over and over again through design thinking to consolidate concepts and fundamentals based on real experimentation of hypotheses that allow validations that traditional studies would only dream of. It is fundamental to acknowledge the collected data that it is obtained by direct interaction with real users, thus giving an easier interpretation, but never forgetting the correct way of scaling the information to get usable data. By focusing these tools on one of the fastest growing market segments in recent years, pets and animal care, it is expected to be able to create a business model without paradigms, that will let us be part of this sector, have a differentiated product with growth projection, and record the process and the results obtained in this degree project. In the end the achievement of this thesis is the creation of a complete business model proposition, focused on user main pains, conducted through a mobile phone app. These eases the way users get their needs satisfied and achieve happiness.

(Universidad EAFIT, 2017) Arias Pérez, Leonardo; Álvarez Hernández, Juan esteban; Henao Cálad, Mónica
The success of a business idea is, perhaps, the goal of every entrepreneur, every year there are more ventures than the previous year; but, unfortunately, many of these innovative ideas fail in their implementation -- In many cases, this happens because they do not understand the market they want to reach, or because they do not take into account key factors in the development of the idea -- This project seeks to develop a business model through a methodology called Lean Startup, created approximately in 2008, which approach to create new products or services under conditions of uncertainty -- In this case, the idea is based on the production of Cannabidiol for medicinal purposes, and although it is not a technology project, we are going to rely on the foundation of this methodology, its good practices, to evaluate through continuous iterations, a number of hypotheses raised at the beginning of the project and each of these hypotheses will be tested and adjusted according to the target market -- Those iterations will set up the business model required, which will deliver the characteristics and conditions that are inherent to the business idea with the purpose of produce Cannabidiol
