Ítem Fomentar competencias de liderazgo social desde el consejo comunitario del corregimiento de Montaños en el Carmen de Darién, Departamento del Chocó(2019) Ibargüen Moya, Erlin; Vargas Sáenz, Mario EnriqueThe problem is really more about self-esteem, passivity and lack of leadership, so the ability to foster social leadership competencies from the community council organization is an opportunity to receive training and draw solutions to the needs of the population of the Montaño Corregimiento ; It aims to “formulate strategies in the aspects of community leadership, culture of entrepreneurship, and the management of productive projects” that result in a better family economy and community development. A methodology is developed that develops a qualitative and quantitative approach, with a descriptive and evaluative scope, using secondary sources of information in this first phase; The results are: identification of leadership skills, describe the qualities of a leader, forge social capital, promote communication and social skills, boost pedagogical strategies for entrepreneurship, and generate productive projects. Based on the above, an explanatory framework is presented on what is related to soft skills and their importance in the development of the labor and professional fields of people. The methodology of this project is qualitative. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 12 specialists in the field of micro and small companies, the research objectives were fulfilled.Ítem Habilidades gerenciales en los emprendimientos que sobreviven : una exploración en catorce líderes antioqueños.(Juan José Arango, 2019) Uribe Muriel, Jorge Mario; López, FranciscoThis paper collects the self-perception of the managerial skills of fourteen entrepreneurs from Antioquia whose business projects have survived for more than ten years, and contrasts them with the perception of their collaborators. To do this, the qualitative methodology through the application of questionnaires with closed questions was used. The results show a great similarity between both perceptions, which is not only reflected in the trend lines, but also in the appreciation of the managerial skills; likewise, there is a great coincidence in the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the auto-reports of the leaders. The best self-perceived aspect reported by the collaborators are the skills to motivate and develop the personnel, while the skills in time management and decision making are self-perceived and perceived as those with the greatest possibilities for improving.Ítem Propuesta metodológica ajustada para abordar el desarrollo territorial a partir de proyectos.(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) García Sáenz, Wilson Mario; Gómez Salazar, Elkin ArcesioThe present study starts and focuses its analysis on the National Constitution of Colombia (1991) and its legal developments (laws and decrees), in three central components: the Development Plan and the Territorial Ordinance and its correlation with the Community Participation, issues of reference in the integrated development of Colombia and its territories (departments and municipalities). This work is carried out in the municipality of Pereira and may serve as a reference proposal for other territories. The study uses and analyzes primarily secondary information (laws, decrees and documents from study centers and consultancies), focusing on the identification of elements of correlation between factors; and primary from two surveys – using the convenience method – to communities and government organizations, private companies and social organizations. Primary and secondary information that show the fragility and lack of elements or tools of correlation between planning, territorial ordering and community participation. The study outlines a highly participative structured methodological proposal, that proposes to make the project the axis of integration or conjunction of elements that act in the territory integrating leaderships, alliances, efforts and common purposes, transform it and project it towards an integrated and integral development. The aim is to leave a seed in the forms and methods of working for Colombia and its territories from the Project, as a useful tool to society, from which a community is thought, structured and developed.
