Ítem Estrategias para la gestión del conocimiento en proyectos de investigación interorganizacionales, caso proyecto construcción energética sostenible.(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Escobar Valencia, Lina María; Cuartas Ramírez, Diego JoséIncreasingly, the research dynamics must seek strategies that allow the generation of differential knowledge and that, at the same time, produce real impact results and growth in society. To do this, innovative work models should be proposed in organizations that have research as an essential component. In search of this differential impact, universities, companies and governments, are committed to generating alliances that promote institutional development and align with the challenges of social and productive development of the country, this is where interorganizational research projects are born; However, these work models present difficulties in the interaction of multiple agents, with different cultures, unequal processes and different ways of acting and thinking, this makes starting and living this interaction complex. In order to find a solution to overcomes these difficulties, the present qualitative research work of an exploratory nature is born, it bases its hypothesis in the fact that if interorganizational research projects incorporate knowledge management strategies into their operation dynamics, they could improve their processes and consolidate to comply with established indicators and maintain and even improve their production and quality standards, under patterns of efficacy and effectiveness. This paper analyzes the behaviors, perceptions and knowledge processes in the case of the study of the Sustainable Energy Building Project and proposes, based on these results, a proposal of knowledge management strategies for interorganizational research projects, which, from the balance between the personalization activities and an adequate coding, allow to contribute to the knowledge management of the forementioned projects.
