    Mobiliart, an architecture and construction family company, located on the south-west Colombian region, specifically in the Valle del Cauca. Created by the new generation of a family with a long history on the construction sector, being approximately 50 years. The main idea of this business is to offer products and innovative services with an updated style. This thesis proposes a way to design a business model for Mobiliart, with an organizational chart and a strategic planning that allows visualization of a clear roadmap. This one would be conformed by objectives, goals and KPI´S for the next five years. All of this, with the proposal to make this company work optimally and profitably. The implemented methodology it´s compose, first by a theoretical side, in which it was investigated the business model, organizational chart and strategic planning of 5 different building companies. Then, it was analyzed the external and internal context that could affect in a positive or negative way the company. Finally, a practical part, it was designed the three models for Mobiliart, replicating the good practices of the building companies and always having at first sight the context of the company.
