In this sense, firstly, the relationship between the notion of global justice and the approach to the phenomenon of poverty in moral terms is discussed; secondly, the relationship between democratic institutions and the distribution of resources is elucidated; and finally, a democratic institutional design at the international level or a "cosmopolitan democracy" is proposed as an institutional design that would guarantee fair economic distributions at the global levelPublicación “Educación inclusiva, universal y de calidad como derecho fundamental en Colombia : un aporte al logro 4 de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible = Inclusive, universal and quality education as a fundamental right in Colombia : a contribution to the achievement 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals”(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Rodríguez Dávila, Felipe Josué; Vásquez Vera, Juan EstebanPublicación Infancias marginadas e injusticia estructural : una mirada crítica desde la filosofía del derecho a las medidas de justicia distributiva que previenen el reclutamiento forzado de menores en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2026-02-18) Álvarez Quintero, Narly Julieth; Gaviria Mira, JuliánThe forced recruitment of minors in Colombia constitutes one of the most serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law, as it involves the participation of children and adolescents in illegal armed groups through coercion, deception, or other forms of co-optation. Despite the existence of a robust regulatory framework and international commitments made by the State, this practice persists and even increased during 2024. The objective is to identify whether the distributive justice measures implemented in the Colombian legal system are sufficient to prevent this phenomenon. Using a qualitative methodology based on the analysis of documentary sources from the perspective of legal philosophy, the results offer a critical reflection that urges the Colombian State to reorient its efforts towards transforming the structural conditions that perpetuate the vulnerability and exposure of minors to armed actors.Ítem Perspectiva de la justicia de las pertenencias desde el libertarianismo de Robert Nozick(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Jiménez Salazar, Alejandro; Estudiante de Ciencias Políticas, Universidad EAFITÍtem Poverty and Human Rights Violations(Universidad EAFIT, 2005-12-17) Kreide, Regine; Universidad de FrankfurtPublicación Responsabilidad médica : asimetrías sustanciales y procesales en la justicia distributiva(Universidad EAFIT, 2026-02-24) Toro Muñoz, Lina Patricia; Villa García, Luis FelipePublicación Teorías económicas de la justicia.
