El caso Coopebombas(Universidad EAFIT, 2026-05-08) Castiblanco Tique, Sebastián; Gómez Giraldo, Manuel Alejandro; Hidalgo Montero, Omar; Franco Ruiz, CamiloThis research proposes the design of an intrapreneurship program for Coopebombas, a traditional transportation company in Colombia facing the challenge of evolving in the face of digital transformation and the increasing competitiveness of global platforms. The study is based on the premise that internal knowledge, accumulated by administrative and operational staff, constitutes an underutilized strategic asset that can be transformed into new business models or disruptive improvements. Using a qualitative paradigm and a case study approach, the research analyzes corporate innovation dynamics to propose a structure that institutionalizes employee creativity. The findings demonstrate that the success of intrapreneurship in traditional contexts depends on the implementation of dual governance or "organizational ambidexterity," which allows the efficient operation of the current business to coexist with units of experimentation and validated learning. The result is a strategic roadmap that defines the phases of capturing, incubating, and scaling innovative initiatives, integrating agile methodologies adapted to the realities of the cooperative sector. It is concluded that the proposed program not only allows for the diversification of Coopebombas' service portfolio but also strengthens its organizational culture, transforming knowledge management into a dynamic and recurring capability that ensures the cooperative's sustainability in a volatile and highly competitive business environment.Publicación El intraemprendimiento como herramienta para la innovación disruptiva en organizaciones colombianas(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Velásquez Ochoa, Sara María; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz Amparo; Noreña Tobón, Pablo AndrésAt present, innovation is considered as a core competence for growth, competitiveness and sustainability of companies.
