Meanwhile, disruptive innovation is conceived as a process that allows the market to expand, create high-performance businesses and generate strong competitive advantages focused on the future of the company and its long-term growth. Similarly, intrapreneurship has been mentioned as a tool that can help companies to recover their vitality and encourage innovation. Therefore, this paper aims to describe the relationships between intrapreneurship and disruptive innovation in organizations. The research is based on a detailed review of the literature that allows understanding the different theoretical and conceptual positions related to innovation, disruptive innovation, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
