Ítem Estrategia para la creación de conocimiento interorganizacional en los procesos de innovación abierta(Universidad Eafit, 2020) Jaramillo Vélez, Daniela; Henao Calad, MónicaIn an environment where knowledge abounds, where innovative ideas and critical knowledge for innovation is found outside the organization, it is necessary to involve external knowledge and ideas in order to diversify and grow the organizational knowledge base, and apply it within the organization for actual business development and innovation (Chesbrough, 2003). Open innovation emerges as the response to the new knowledge dynamics, which forces organizations to change their management systems and focus on knowledge management inside and outside the firm, a task that hasn’t been easy because of the challenges that implies. This research aims to understand the real business dynamics of open innovation, identify the knowledge gaps to successfully carry out these projects and have an academic perspective that covers the knowledge gaps and the solution to the current barriers that arise in these projects, in order to propose a strategy for the creation of organizational knowledge in open innovation projects.
