    In recent years, some large companies in the metropolitan area of Medellín have decided to purchase and implement information systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) SAP. Implementation projects of SAP ERP are complex, timeconsuming and require the commitment of significant human and financial resources. This research assesses the performance of some of these companies and the factors considered by the respondents in each company, more focused on the success or failure of such projects and generate some recommendations and conclusions, will be taken into account by the companies and individuals who are currently running these projects, or by those who have in their plans to carry them out, so that as far as possible they are taken into account and more successful projects are implement.
