Initially, an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundations supporting these leadership styles will be undertaken, exploring their specific application in the context of projects. Subsequently, a close examination of how these leadership styles directly influence business development will be conducted, taking into consideration both their short- and long-term impacts. Furthermore, a meticulous assessment of key variables interacting with project leadership, such as the business environment, organizational culture, and available resources, will be carried out. The objective is to enhance understanding of how these variables influence business success. This holistic approach will provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between project leadership and business development, establishing a solid foundation for formulating effective leadership and business management strategies. This comprehensive approach is crucial for capturing the complexity of how project leadership impacts the health and direction of a company. By delving deeper into the different leadership styles and their specific application in the project context, a clearer understanding can be gained of how each approach affects operational efficiency, team motivation, and the ability to adapt to challenges. Furthermore, by examining how these leadership styles influence business development in both the short and long term.Ítem De personajes reconocidos a marcas personales : aproximación exploratoria al personal branding(2020) Montoya Vélez, Juan Manuel; Villegas Castaño, Guillermo LeónAmong the last decade of the 20th century and the second of the 21st century, information and communication technologies available have enhanced the possibility of individuals to interact with collectives and project themselves as potential generators of value, and, therefore, of being worthy of receiving in return, from said collective, a desired reaction. In this context, figures intrinsically related with interactive media, such as youtubers, instagrammers, twitters, bloggers, or digital influencers. The democratization of access to collectives (Díez, 2018) has given theoretical and practical relevance to the concept of personal branding (Peters, 1997), that has arose in parallel with this explosion of interactive channels in which is proposed that individuals should see themselves as potential assets, and apply, in their personal development, brand management, or branding processes, proper of companies or organizations. In the present research, the personal branding or personal brand concepts are analyzed, from a qualitative exploratory approach, in a group of people who stand out for their character, their personality and their identity, which make them social agents and mobilizing other people, and the relationship they have with them.Ítem Influencia de la ruptura de pareja en el desempeño laboral: el caso de un grupo de trabajadores residentes en la ciudad de Medellín y Área Metropolitana(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Zapata Cano, Natalia; Delgado Polanco, Luz AngélicaObjective: The main objective of this research was to identify the influence of a breakup with a significant other might have on the job performance in a group of workers, for which, the beliefs about being a couple and breakups were described. The meanings attributed to the experience of rupture and the job performance was analyzed, before and after the breakup. Finally, it was described the losses and earnings this experience brought to them. Method: It was a qualitative and descriptive study, of a transversal nature. To do this, we worked with three workers, who must have experienced a breakup while actively working, at least two years ago. Results: There is a direct influence between experiencing a breakup and job performance, also, depending on the case, it can have a positive effect strengthening the job performance, since the work becomes a source of important support in times of crisis, allowing to channel the emotions contained.
