Its purpose lies in documenting experiences, developing matrices to categorize lessons, and comparing results, identifying common patterns and significant differences, to draw conclusions about best practices and specific areas of improvement. The objective is to explore recognized approaches and tools to propose a standard instrument that simplifies and makes the documentation of lessons learned more accessible. Additionally, the implementation of a tool that uses artificial intelligence to assist in the analysis of these lessons is considered and includes the suggestion of key indicators to evaluate its success in current and future projects. In a world where digital transformation is crucial to maximize profits and strengthen business competitiveness, these lessons become fundamental.Ítem Variables coincidentes necesarias en un sistema de control para medir el desempeño con indicadores en una empresa dedicada a la prestación de servicios de diseño e ingeniería(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Arango Estrada, Juan Pablo; Torres Arango, Marcelo; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoUnderstanding like new in Colombia, the design, the technique and the engineering, to be contrasted in the global context and despite the fact that in the local environment, administrative and management sciences have progressed permanently in the development and implementation of methodologies for the administration of productive processes that result in the delivery of objects (products), tangible or physical (goods); they have not done it in the same way in the development and implementation of measurement systems, performance management and performance indicators in the areas of services (intangibles) and much less in the businesses dedicated to the provision of design and engineering services, as fundamental pillars for other economic, social or environmental sectors -- The research sought the bibliographic review of the most recent theories associated with performance control in design and engineering firms and interviewed executives in local companies dedicated to providing design and engineering services with which a matrix with a hundred and sixteen aspects susceptible of measurement distributed in ten of the main business variables was built, as reference for the construction of a performance measurement system with indicators in companies dedicated to this kind of economic activity -- Therefore, a company to apply these concepts, become aware of their level of maturity, optimize the result, potentialize the tool of performance management in order to exist, grow and remain competitive in the market and achieve the strategic objectives set by management
