    El impacto psicosocial del ICO + R en los asociados que participan del Proyecto Alianza “El Efecto Cacao”

    The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the Psychosocial Impact resulting from the application of the ICO + R in the associates that participate in the Alliance Project: "The Cocoa Effect" in the Department of Huila, the Subregions of El Bajo Cauca and Uraba Antioqueño, and the municipality of Tumaco in the Department of Nariño. The investigation is divided into two phases, the first phase corresponds to a review of the literature, which appears to identify the psychosocial conditions prior to the application of the ICO + R. The second phase, a survey was implemented to measure the current state of psychosocial conditions in a representative sample of the associates participating in the Project - Alliance: “The Cocoa Effect”.

    Riesgo psicosocial y síntomas psicológicos y psicosomaticos en trabajadores del sector agroindustrial en Santander

    The main objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between psychosocial risk and the psychological and psychosomatic symptoms of workers belonging to the AGROINDUSTRIAL sector of the Santander region in Colombia. A description of the evaluated variables is made for the participants of the selected sample, which allows a delimitation of the main characteristics of the workers and companies belonging to the sector; through a quantitative, cross-sectional study where 28 PYMES companies and 399 workers of the AGROINDUSTRIAL sector in Santander were evaluated through DECORE self-administered instruments, psychosocial risk assessment questionnaire and LSB-50, short list of symptoms. Among the main results, is more presence of depression and somatization symptoms in women compared to men and higher perception of psychosocial risk exposure related to rewards, control and organizational support in men compared to women. Finally, there are statistically significant relationships for the reward factor and the symptoms of hypersensitivity, hostility, somatization, and depression; There is evidence of a relationship between the perception of organizational support and hostile behaviors, also are relationships between the perception of high cognitive demands and the symptoms associated with anxiety, hostility, depression, somatization and sleep disturbances.
