For the development of the project four stages have been defined, which include the diagnosis of internationalization, the selection of markets, the analysis of the product in the target market and the design of strategies, recommendations and the action plan to be followed by the company (EAFIT, 2017). From this analysis, a document summarizing the results will be designed, which will establish the strategies, recommendations and the road map that the company should follow, which will serve to enhance its capacity to export the product and selected markets.
