    This work shows if the law 1383 from 2010 was publish properly in the metropolitan area of Antioquia, regarding to the articles that reform the transit infractions in the Código Nacional de Tránsito de Colombia (law 769 from 2002). Besides it shows if the implementation of this norm was conducted properly by the principal actors. Although the law was disclosed by the media, it is important that the implementation is the same among the hole country, unifying process and following what´s established in the law. We believe that this law affects directly the interest of the drivers in Colombia, where humans, roads and vehicle facts are combined. That´s why it has to meet the efficiency and effectiveness levels in order to preserve human life, physical integrity and the economy in general.
