Ítem Repercusiones subjetivas del déficit de atención e hiperactividad en las habilidades sociales en un grupo de adultos de la ciudad de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Rendón Tamayo, María Paulina; Calle Madrid, Carlos AlfonsoObjective: to establish the way in which the deficit of attention and hyperactivity affects the social skills of a group of adults diagnosed with said deficit residents of the city of Medellin. Social skills were approached from various authors, especially from the perspective of Goldstein, who categorizes social skills in basic, advanced, associated with the feelings and alternatives of aggression. Attention and hyperactivity deficit was conceived from a cognitive-behavioral perspective. Method: Qualitative study based on semi-structured interviews with six adults between the ages of 22 and 27. Results: According to the participants, ADHD has a negative impact on their social skills. Conclusions: if there is an influence of the disorder that accounts for the little assertiveness in the social skills that cause alterations in the social interactions of the subjects.
