Ítem Una aproximación en la evaluación de los outcomes y los cambios comportamentales en niños y jóvenes vinculados al programa Red de Liderazgo Juvenil ¨RLJ¨, en Barranquilla y Soledad Atlántico(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Bernal Garnica, Leidy Andrea; Romero Fernández, Nataly del Carmen; Vargas Sáenz, Mario EnriqueLeadership as a social skill of young people and children who are part of the Youth Leadership Network in the city of Barranquilla and Soledad Atlántico, an initiative led by the ANDES Universities and EAFIT as managers and a collegiate leadership between the ANDES, EAFIT and the company Viva1A, who play an important role in the generation of development in the territories and in the behavioral changes of the new generations. This research proposal seeks to contribute to the strengthening of projects with social impact on children and young people, with the identification of behavioral changes and social development under leadership principles, for the transformation of the perception of realities and the empowerment of young people in the different RLJ program projects. In this sense, the work will outline the changes generated from leadership training, where training, orientation and skills development generate attitudes and skills that positively impact the lives of children and young people, as well as the changes groups within the institutions to form citizens who transform and promote the progress of their communities and the country, and that contribute directly to the improvement of their quality of life, that of their families and that of their group of peers.Ítem Educación emocional para niñas en educación básica de Medellín : estudio de viabilidad(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Farine Builes, Laura; Lemos, MariantoniaPurpose: Identify the viability of an Emotional Education program in the levels of Stress and Emotional Regulation in elementary school girls in Medellín. Method: Mixed study with pre-experimental design with pre and post intervention measures. The sample was composed of 24 girls with an average age of 7.96 years (D.T. = 0.204) from a private school in Medellín who received an intervention of 8 sessions on emotional regulation. The participants completed the Children’s Daily Stress Inventory (IECI), The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ) and the Child Emotional Regulation Questionnaire Results. A significant increase in the emotional regulation of girls was found, t (17) = - 4,733, p <0.001. Regarding stressors, the IECI results showed no significant changes, p> 0.05. Regarding the perception of the parents (SDQ scale), no significant results were found in the evaluated dimensions. However, a tendency to decrease in emotional symptoms was observed Conclusions : A significant change in emotional regulation was found, evidencing a decrease in emotional symptoms, as well as a decrease in family and school stressors scales. Also, the girls showed greater emotional awareness, being able to identify their emotions and regulate them assertively. The data was processed in the SPSS statistical package. Regarding the results that have been obtained, the majority of people obtained an average score on the Social Skills Scale, in addition to the fact that the majority of the population manifested a relapse frequency of three or more times.
