A methodology for the definition of student outcomes (SO) is proposed and validated, in particular for the Master’s Program on Social Entrepreneurship Management for Innovation and Local Development at Universidad EAFIT. As part of the validation process, graduates from the program were interviewed. The interviews confirm that the program did increase the hard and soft competences related to each of the proposed learning outcomes. The defined SOs become an important step towards the future accreditation processes of the program.
