    This article proposes the creation of exercises that allow to begin the study of improvisation from the sections that require this process in the Concerto for vibraphone and orchestra No. 3 by Florian Poser. These suggestions arise from the need to offer some basic strategies for the interpretation of this concert. For this, in addition to having the personal experience of having interpreted the concert and its improvisation sections from direct dialogue with the composer, a harmonic analysis of the improvisation sections was carried out, which allowed the construction of small exercises. for those who may be interested in these processes, and in addition, a series of suggestions were raised for the approach of each one of them. As a result, 16 exercises were obtained that, with their respective recommendations, could help the interpreter with little experience in improvisation, to start in this type of process in which the interpreter becomes co-creator of the work itself.
