    Análisis del retorno total al accionista como medida de creación de valor en la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia

    In this study, we analyze the total shareholder return (TSR) of Icolcap, an Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) representing the Colombian stock market from 2011 to 2022. The objective is to assess the economic value creation achieved by Colombian companies for their shareholders during the years under review. As part of this evaluation, we examine the trends in profit distribution in Colombia and other markets over time, measured both by dividend payouts and share buyback programs. Finally, we compare the TSR results with the performance of other local investment products and against the TSRs of other ETFs representing international markets.

    This study aims to implement a financial planning model for Clínica Angiosur SAS, focusing on contracting strategies to ensure its long-term sustainability and growth. The research adopts an exploratory and descriptive approach, utilizing financial data from the clinic and its main competitors, as well as sector reports from the WHO and the Colombian Ministry of Health. A comprehensive evaluation of the financial statements, an analysis of costs and revenues, and statistical techniques for financial projections will be conducted. The objective is to identify strategies that optimize financial predictability and resource allocation in service delivery. The expected outcomes include increased revenue, cost reduction, and improved profitability, thereby ensuring the clinic's financial viability in the long term

    Optimización de las políticas de gestión financiera de la Corporación Universitaria Adventista : un análisis comparativo con instituciones educativas similares

    This study aims to propose a set of optimized financial policies for the Adventist University Corporation (UNAC), based on a comparative analysis with similar educational institutions. The project evaluates the current financial policies, identifying their strengths and weaknesses through key financial indicators. From this evaluation and benchmarking, alternative policies will be developed to improve resource management efficiency and adapt to the changing conditions of the educational environment. Additionally, financial projections will be made to estimate the future impact of the proposed policies, ensuring their medium- and long-term viability. These recommendations seek to ensure that UNAC optimizes its financial management, enhancing its ability to respond to market challenges and strengthening its competitive position in the educational sector.
