Ítem La ablación genital femenina : un análisis jurídico comparado entre Colombia, España y Egipto(Universidad Eafit, 2020) Suárez Segura, Camila Andrea; Vélez Patiño, Mariana; Toro Valencia, José Alberto; Barboza Vergara, Antonio CarlosThe objective of this enquiry is to compare the legal treatment given to the female genital mutilation in Colombia, Egypt and Spain through a comparative law study, in order to identify the differences and similarities of the cultural development of the practice in each country, as well as the legal response that they have seized regarding mutilation. This investigation aims to define if the regulation in those legal systems takes a multiculturalist or feminist approach, based on the assumption that the practice entails a conflict between the rights of self-determination and cultural identity of the communities that practice it and the fundamental right of physical and mental integrity of those girls and women that have experienced female genital mutilation.Ítem La construcción social de los miedos de las mujeres asociados al uso del espacio público del centro de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Giraldo García, Jenny Alexandra; Zuluaga Aristizábal, MardaÍtem Continúa la ruta de la igualdad entre los sexos : las mujeres : entre la cueva y el parlamento(Medellín : El Colombiano, 2000, 2000) Restrepo Santamaría, Margaritainés, 1952-2008Ítem La deconstrucción que atraviesan las mujeres al identificarse como feministas(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Martínez Ponce, Luisa Fernanda; Zuluaga Aristizábal, Marda UcarisÍtem Inventario del Fondo Débora Arango Pérez (1843 – 2014)(Medellín : [s.n], 1843-2014, 2016) Arango Pérez, Débora 1907-2005El fondo está conformado por 81 carpetas y 4.739 folios agrupados en las siguientes series documentales: Correspondencia: 30 carpetas para un total de 1.528 folios - Escritos: 8 carpetas para un total de 384 folios - Exposiciones: 15 carpetas para un total de 581 folios-Documentos notariales: 7 carpetas para un total de 256 folio-Recortes de prensa: 14 carpetas para un total de 1.070 folios- Fotografías: 6 carpetas para un total de 425 folios-Adición: 6 carpetaspara un total de 495 foliosÍtem La feminización de la pobreza y la violencia económica : entre la compensación económica del derecho de familia y la pérdida de la oportunidad del derecho civil(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Romero Humba, Ana Betsabé; Rondón Pacheco, Jeiny Valentina; González Jaramillo, José LuisEconomic violence is a form of gender-based violence, primarily observed upon the termination of romantic relationships. This is because the individual who assumed unpaid roles, such as caregiving and domestic work during the relationship, often finds themselves at a disadvantage compared to their partner in economic, professional, and employment spheres. This can result in an economic imbalance in the assets of the ex-spouse or ex-partner, placing them in a vulnerable position due to the loss of development opportunities assumed by one member of the relationship. Given that historically women have been the ones to assume caregiving roles, it was necessary to briefly address the history of feminism and the feminization of poverty. Additionally, the national and international legislative landscape was analyzed, with a particular emphasis on the recognition of domestic work as a contribution in kind to society and the possibility of claiming damages under civil law. This analysis aimed to determine what tools exist and which are lacking to ensure protection in the context described. In this regard, the concept of economic compensation was discussed.Ítem Mujeres y violencia íntima : un régimen de reparación de daños olvidados(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Arango Gómez, Valentina; Vásquez Vega, DanielÍtem Naturalización del acoso sexual en ámbitos universitarios : un análisis de la Universidad EAFIT en Medellín, Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Areiza Navas, Susana; Bernal Arango, Sofía; Garcés Rincón, Diana Carolina; Mira Montoya, ValeriaÍtem Responsabilidad social empresarial y el desempeño financiero en las firmas para América Latina : el efecto del género en la junta directiva(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Castillo Rivera, Ingrid Johana; Castillo Lerma, Claudia Ximena; Gómez Toro, Catalina; Gaitán Riaño, Sandra ConstanzaRecent advances in business organizational forms and the importance of corporate social responsibility have changed organizations' approaches to diversity and the inclusion of women on boards of directors. The objective of this research is to investigate the perceptions and experiences of 16 Colombian women executives with the purpose of exploring sorority in organizations. Empirically based on their experiences, many women affirm that the lack of sorority among them is due to the macho cultural roots that have limited to a great extent their access to leadership positions and, therefore, have promoted a strong competition among the female gender, rather than a bond that encourages them to support each other. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how solidarity among women is perceived, how it emerges and what is its real importance in the transition towards female leadership.Ítem Violencia intrafamiliar y masculinidades : discusiones entorno al estereotipo de la violencia de género(Universidad Eafit, 2020) Díaz Sanín, María Estella; Bustamante Arango, Diana MarcelaViolence in intimate relationships is a frequent social problem in social relationship.
