The objective was to create a systematic process that facilitates the effective interpretation of these results and their integration into concrete professional and academic development actions. The study's relevance lies in the need identified by recent literature on teacher evaluation (Mendzheritskaya et al., 2024; Quansah et al., 2024) to establish clear protocols that communicate results and promote sustainable improvements in pedagogical practice. A qualitative research approach was employed, combining semi-structured interviews and a focus group. These instruments enabled the collection of valuable and detailed information from the perspectives of academic program leaders and researchers. The interviews allowed for an in-depth exploration of experiences and perceptions regarding faculty evaluations, while the focus group enriched the process with collaborative discussion of ideas and practical approaches, following the methodological recommendations of Hernández-Sampieri y Mendoza Torres (2023). The data analysis permitted the development of a protocol that promotes effective feedback, aligned with contemporary principles of feedback in higher education identified by Williams (2024).
