Ítem Factores facilitadores y obstaculizadores para la creación y desarrollo de nuevas ideas (innovación) en una área contable(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Yusti Tijo, Germán Alberto; Orejuela Gómez, Jonny JavierObjective: To identify the factors that facilitate and hinder the creation and development of new ideas (innovation) in an accounting area of the private sector in the city of Yumbo. Reference framework: The main axis of the research is the importance of the involvement of collaborators in the development of innovation, which is the differentiating factor of sustainable growth, in this research the facilitating and hindering factors of the creation and development of new ideas (innovation) in an accounting area. Method: The research was carried out through a descriptive qualitative study. The design of the research is a case study based on semi-structured interviews with five collaborators from the accounting area of a private company in the city of Yumbo with more than one year of work within the organization. Results: The data obtained allowed us to understand that the teams in the accounting area have a perception of the creation and development of new ideas as a necessary process for their personal and professional growth, which brings with it challenges such as interaction with interdisciplinary teams which They will help in the process of acquiring the technical-operational knowledge necessary to achieve better results, administratively with the acquisition of new functions and the development of these in a satisfactory way and in harmony with their daily activities. Conclusions: The personal and organizational benefits that the creation and development of new ideas in the accounting area bring with it, it is possible to demonstrate the important efforts at all levels of the organization that a process like these entails and how some can be faced from the correct leadership and alignment within the organization
