    Análisis de desviaciones asociadas a la posición y forma presentadas en elementos de construcción encaminado a la determinación de umbrales de tolerancia en proyectos de vivienda

    The need to establish tolerance values supported in a reliable statistical analysis, with which a real estate property will be delivered and received, invites the defined quality standard criteria for the acceptance or rejection of systems and building elements to establish clear rules between builder and acquirer. These limits should not interfere with the functionality and/or durability of the structure and must be within the range of customer detection capability and actual production capabilities of the local sector. To analyze the actual production capabilities of the local sector, deviations presented in the construction elements were statically analyzed, and to analyze the customer's detection capabilities reported after-sales cases and delivery times were analyzed in order to have an approximation against the defects that the customer perceives most. In order to link the customer's detection capabilities with the actual production capabilities of the local sector, it is necessary to obtain quantitative values of the deviations presented in the elements that make up a real estate and the deviations that manage to be detected by the user. Finally, the result of the deviation analysis is the input for a group of experts who define the tolerance values that will be exposed to public consultation and then validated.

    Structural Damage detection and Reliability Estimation using a Multidimensional Monitoring Approach

    Many structural elements are exposed to load conditions that are difficult to model during the design stage, such as environmental uncertainties, random impacts and overloading amongst others, thus, increasing un programmed maintenance and reducing confidence in the reliability of the structure in question -- One way to deal with this problem is to monitor the structural condition of the element -- This approach requires supervising several signals coming from critical locations and then, performing an accurate condition estimation of the element based on the data collected -- Herein, this paper implements a method to diagnosis and evaluate the reliability of the bolster beam structure of the railway-vehicle during a fatigue test -- The results show that multidimensional monitoring not only provides an accurate diagnosis of the element, but also that this technique allows to estimate reliability correctly
