This raised in his vision: achieve that at least 30% of its total sales, be exports to the Americas. To leverage this purpose and improve its foreign trade activities, the Export Plan methodology offered by EAFIT University was adopted. The work that was carried out in the company, consisted in identifying the markets of the continent in mention that had an excess of import of the tariff position identified for the products marketed by the organization. Then, the three markets with the largest deficits and most convenient for the company were pre-selected. These three countries were subjected to a filter consisting of the identification of the most favorable conditions based on economic and social indicators and their political situation. Subsequently, the most favorable country for the company, Chile, was selected, and a more in-depth analysis of the identification of positive variables for the company and of the market's own risks was made. With this information and with the analysis of the company's internal and external environment and the conditions offered by the market itself, a work plan was proposed that gathered all the actions required by the company, so that the incursion in the selected market is successful and effective The plan is built to be executed within a maximum period of one year
