Departamento de Ingeniería de Sistemas; I+D+I en Tecnologías de la Información y las ComunicacionesSecurity requirements are known to be “the most difficult of requirements types” and potentially the ones causing the greatest risk if they are not correct. One approach to requirements elicitation is based on the reuse of explicit knowledge. AMAN-DA is a requirement elicitation method that reuses encapsulated knowledge in security and domain ontologies to produce security requirements specifications. The main research question addressed in this paper is to what extent is AMAN-DA able to generate domain-specific security requirements? Following a well-documented process, a case study related to the maritime domain was undertaken with the goal to demonstrate the utility and effectiveness of AMAN-DA for the elicitation and analysis of domain-specific security requirements. The usefulness of the method was also evaluated with a group of 12 experts. The paper demonstrates the elicitation of domain-specific security requirements by presenting the AMAN-DA method and its application. It describes the evaluation and reports some significant results and their implications for practice and future research, especially for the field of knowledge reuse in requirements engineering. © 2017, Springer-Verlag London Ltd.Ítem Los valores corporativos como base para la cooperación espontánea en la creación y transferencia de conocimiento. Caso EPM(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Estrada Rojo, Mónica Patricia; Henao Galeano, Carlos MarioObjective:to identify the influence that the corporate values of EPM Group have on the spontaneous cooperation among their employees, with the purpose of understanding their influence in the process of creation of knowledge of the organization, through the application of the hermeneutical method and the use of collection techniques at the end of this. Research problem: the research gravitates on the following question: How do corporate values influence spontaneous cooperation among employees and how do they affect the creation of knowledge in the EPM organization? Method: the investigation has an exploratory-descriptive scope and the method will be the hermeneutic with a descriptive character. Population: employees assigned to the Direction of Development of Human and Organizational talent of the EPM Group in the city of Medellín. In total, three semi-structured interviews and a focus group were held in which 11 employees of the Organizational Human Development Directorate of the EPM company participated. Results: While corporate values enable spontaneous cooperation, there must be a real intention within the organization so that these are not an accessory within the strategic plan of the organization, but rather all the necessary actions are articulated from the leaders of the organization to the collaborators are willing and want to create and transfer knowledge from spontaneous cooperation, and be considered as a practice that enriches their work, which makes it possible to strengthen their business processes, but even more, because without prejudices of any kind, it contributes to their personal and professional growth, taking into account the human characteristics inherent in the creation and transfer of knowledge.
