    The dynamics and complexity of the aeronautical sector in Colombia and Latin America make it essential for an approved maintenance organization (OMA) like LASA S.A. to clearly define its competitive strategy in order to focus all its efforts on being sustainable and generating value within the production chain and the society to which it belongs. For that, in the present research it begins with the analysis of the background of the sector and are studied the factors that impact their performance and the context in which it is immersed, because all of them determine the behavior of the market and the ability of the WCO to react effective and timely manner. The last years have defined changes in the industry, going from full-service models to low-cost models, from joint projects to conglomerates, from an insatiable search for operational efficiencies, to new technologies and changes in state regulation or deregulation policies. In order to further delve into the behavior of the industry, a conceptualization of the sector is carried out in Colombia, Latin America and at International level, breaking down the number of aircraft by type of fleet in all its jet and turboprop configurations, the participation by each region and states, the cost of maintenance by segment and percentage within by the financial structure of the rates, as well as the rates of air liberalization and trade agreements. Finally, different methods and techniques will be used to define the competitive strategy, going from Porter's theories to the analysis of resources and capabilities.

    The research carried out focuses on finding the challenges and risks in the microfinance institution when venturing into the financing of SME units, which due to operational, commercial and financial considerations require different structures to those traditionally applied in the sector. He reflects that a decision of these must be the result of an analysis and strategic decision taking into account all the necessary and relevant considerations in order not to become a managerial adventure. The case study presents in an orderly manner the implications that a medium-sized microfinance sector organization has, in business strategies, operational strategy, strategic planning, funding of resources, capital structures, processes and clients. The findings, reflections and elements of analysis can be considered by similar companies or the sector that want to enter these market segments and want to be clear about the implications, strategic renouncements, business-sensitive aspects and managerial decisions that they should take into account before making venturing into financially and commercially attractive scenarios that involve a different risk than that normally assumed in the sector. All this supported by the experience of the research subjects and the administrative theory of strategy.     Modelo de negocio para farmacia Santa Fe

    Pharmacies in Medellin and throughout the country are evolving from being warehouses of retail drugs to being companies specialized in drugs with differentiating profiles from each other. Farmacia Santa Fe is designed as a specialized pharmacy where not only over-the-counter drugs are found, but also rare drugs, focused on specialized pathologies as a business opportunity that exists in the city. A business model is a strategic look at the business creation process aimed at making decisions to reduce as many risks as possible associated with entrepreneurship. Different strategies of authors that have historically impacted the academy regarding the administrative issue focused on business strategy are analyzed, which have developed models to follow that are currently used by the largest companies in the world. To analysis external and internal factors such as DOFA, PESTEL, CANVAS, five forces and the CANVAS of the value proposition are carried out.
