    Aplicación de la metodología Estrapyme al servicio del ICIPC como soporte a la estrategia del período 2021-2026

    The ICIPC (Instituto de Capacitación e Investigación del Plástico y el Caucho) is a non-profit entity focused on research and innovation in polymer products and services through consulting, research, laboratory, training, and networks for several economic sectors such as automotive, construction, packaging, food, sustainability, among others. In 2021 it aims to work on the development of the organization's strategy for the 2021-2026 period, to comply with it, the EstraPyme model is used, designed by Susana Álvarez Delgado and Santiago Zapata Correa in 2019 as a project degree to obtain the Master in Business Administration (MBA) title on EAFIT University under direction of Luz María Rivas Montoya, Ph.D. which consists on analyze the organization, the industry and megatrends, by using tools from the strategy field in the development of six stages defined by the model. For this specific case, by the end of the activity, we decide to focus the study on the ICIPC consulting business line for the creation of the value proposition and the business model.

    Formulación de la estrategia de negocio para la microempresa ArteEnCasa aplicando la metodología EstraPyme

    In this paper we formulate the business strategy for the microenterprise ArteEnCasa, through the application of the EstraPyme Model, designed by MBA students of Eafit and endorsed by the same university, for its application in the formulation of strategy of pymes in Colombia. In the development of this work, the challenge of the microenterprise ArteEnCasa was addressed, regarding how to scale the business model to be autonomous and sustainable over time, for which a diagnosis and analysis was made through data collection and perceptions with the service provider, customers, users and future customers. The results of this work present the value proposition and business model for both current customers and the new customer segment, in response to the need identified.

    This document contains the consultancy report work carried out by the author for the degree requirement in the Master of Administration (MBA) from EAFIT University. A strategy consultancy was realized for the company Alma Julia Accesorios in which the methodology for the formulation of the strategic process in Colombian SMEs (EstraPyme) was used, developed by the students Susana Álvarez Delgado and Santiago Zapata Correa in 2019 as work degree to obtain a master's degree in Administration (MBA) at EAFIT University (Álvarez Delgado and Zapata Correa, 2019), under the direction of Professor Luz María Rivas Montoya. According to the EstraPyme methodology, six phases were worked: explore, know, analyze, integrate, facilitate and consolidate (Álvarez Delgado and Zapata Correa, 2019).
