Publicación Brechas y oportunidades en la implementación de políticas de diversidad, equidad e inclusión en organizaciones en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) Maturana Agudelo, Daniela; Álvarez Delgado, SusanaThe adoption of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies represents an emerging phenomenon in the Colombian business landscape, presenting opportunities for organizational development alongside significant challenges. This thesis examines the gaps and opportunities faced by organizations in Colombia to effectively implement DEI policies, developing a theoretical framework that addresses key elements such as diversity management, social justice, and corporate social responsibility. Through a study focused on five Colombian companies, it identifies adoption challenges, enabling factors, and population groups that are included in these initiatives. Employing document analysis, surveys, and interviews with DEI leadership, this research generates recommendations for companies aiming to implement or enhance their DEI strategies, aligning them with their strategic and operational objectives.Ítem Hablar de educación de futuro es hablar de equidad y vida(Medellín : Universidad EAFIT, 2023-08-30) Restrepo Montoya, Claudia Patricia, 1975; Gaviria Correa, Aníbal, 1966-; Universidad EAFIT; Universidad EAFITÍtem Propuesta de asignación de un bono garantizado por resultados para los colaboradores de Núcleo Constructora S.
