Ítem Estudio de prefactibilidad para el montaje de un centro de atención integral en salud para la primera infancia e infancia(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Franco Patiño, Alejandro; Gómez Salazar, Elkin ArcesioThis degree work, which is applied to the title of Master in Project Management at EAFIT University, compiles the pre-feasibility studies according to the UNIDO methodology through which the feasibility of the project for the assembly of a comprehensive health care center for early childhood and infancy is evaluated. The project idea arises from the experience of Dr. Maria Camila Franco, who is a pediatrician by profession, sister and future investment partner. The project aims to set up a multidisciplinary care center that will provide the city with a unified and quality care space for children, which will be profitable for investors and socially inclusive by providing subsidized care for low-income children. The present study considers environmental, market, technical, administrative, legal, financial, and risk studies in order to have a complete picture of the project's feasibility and to make decisions about future investments in the project.Ítem Estudio de prefactibilidad para el montaje de una empresa dedicada a fabricar y comercializar cerveza artesanal en la ciudad de Pereira(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Restrepo Muñoz, Jason; Salazar Gómez, Francisco Javier; Uribe Ochoa, Beatriz AmparoThe present degree project aims to determine the pre-feasibility of setting up a craft brewery in the city of Pereira by means of environmental, market, technical, legal, organizational and economic studies. It should be borne in mind that it is initially the market study that determines whether the project has an initial viability in relation to the calculated demand that may arise in the city of Pereira and finally the financial study that determines the final viability and under what scenarios it is possible to undertake the project so that it may be economically viable. The project that is documented arises with the purpose of providing the Pereiran population with high quality beers, with unique and differentiating flavors and endearing aromas that are not easily found in the Pereiran market with a local seal. The aim is to promote a culture around handcrafted beer by differentiating the production of industrial beer produced by Bavaria with its different brands, which cover almost the entire national market.Ítem Guía de implementación para el diseño y comunicación de la estrategia sostenible para pequeñas y medianas empresas en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Mesa Jaramillo, Natalia; Henao Alarcón, Mariana; Salazar Quintero, María ClaraThis study was born out of the needs of SMEs in Colombia to place sustainability at the center of their strategy. For this reason, a practical methodology was developed so that small and medium-sized enterprises in the country can design and communicate their sustainable strategies, responding to environmental and market trends. This serves as a competitive advantage, allowing them to respond to environmental and market trends and needs, accelerate their involvement in sustainability conversations, face challenges and opportunities to grow their business lines with sustainability aspects, improve productivity, as well as meet current and future requirements from authorities, regulators, or other stakeholders, and make decisions considering their sustainable strategy. This methodology can also be implemented by large companies interested in the development of some of their stakeholders, such as suppliers, business partners, customers, and strategic allies or joint ventures. The methodology used to carry out this study was based on bibliographic consultation and systematic literature review on the current barriers that SMEs face in designing and implementing their sustainable strategies, the topics that are most important for this type of company around sustainability, and the tools available in the environment.
