    Desafíos del área de gestión humana percibidos por los líderes de una entidad de salud de primer nivel frente del municipio de San Agustín, Huila

    Objective: Analyze results are the main challenges perceived by a group of leaders of a first level entity in the Municipality of San Agustín Huila. Method: A qualitative descriptive cross-sectional study will be carried out; The research design will be a case study based on semi-structured interviews with 9 professionals with people in charge and directly involved with the leadership of different areas. Results: The results allowed us to understand that the leaders of a first-level health entity have a perception of what human management brings with it challenges in: the organization and planning of the human management area, in the incorporation and adaptation of people to the organization, in the compensation, well-being and health of the people, in the development of the personnel and in the relations with the employee, for which they conclude and agree that for this area to act and develop in a timely and accurate manner, it is the presence and active participation of each one of them is important. Conclusions: It is evident that the perception of the leaders in the face of the challenges that human management has in the health entity, are linked to allowing them to participate in the creation and restructuring of the same, since they consider it essential that this area is adapted to reality and needs of the same.
