    Family businesses in Colombia, on a high percentage, have been gestated by entrepreneuring businessmen, generally empirical, for whom the most important indicator is marked by the income they generate, therefore, any implementation of tools or financial analysis, are not found between the main corporate objectives -- “The value of a good is given by the degree of utility it provides, based on which we are willing to deliver a certain quantity of money or any equivalent good” (Valls Martínez, 2001, p. 1) -- The objective of this work is to estimate a fair value for the business Enciso Ltda, taking into account the above, it will start with the analysis of the accounting and financial information, it will pose and develop the calculations to find the WACC and the projection of the cash flows, concluding with the estimate value of the business with the purpose of giving the owners a tool that allows them to make decisions based on the previous results and their projections -- From the economic point of view, the decision to buy or sell a company generates uncertainty about its future, the use of the method of disconnected cash flow attributes criteria to satisfy the needs of the buyers and sellers to know the value by which the company could be acquired or sold and the benefits that it can generate, as indicated by Fernández (2008)
