    This document presents the development of a management model for specialized logistics services for commercial companies in the city of Monteria, Córdoba (Colombia), where new shopping center projects have been created; Currently, there are two outstanding projects, Paseo Villa del Río and Plaza Outlet, and recently (July 20, 2017) the Nuestro Monteria shopping center opened, which was carefully planned and strategically selected -- (investexportbrasil.gov, 2015) -- As can be inferred, the current and future dynamics of commercial companies in the city of Monteria are aimed at markets with trends towards economic internationalization, determining that work should be done every time to develop continuous improvement and high productivity in your processes -- In this sense it is necessary to highlight the importance of logistics management for commercial companies in the city of Monteria, because thanks to this they can be more efficient in their different areas: purchasing, transport, storage, maintenance, customer service and distribution; all this, as has been said before, in order to promote greater profitability and ensure its permanence in the market, given that its logistics processes must be in line with current trends: renewal, change and competitiveness
