Publicación Análisis de los factores que contribuyen y limitan los avances del programa de emprendimiento “Incuval Ventures” que gestiona la universidad nacional Hermilio Valdizán, durante los años 2021-2023, en la región Huánuco(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) Jara Álvarez, Maira Melisa; Pardavé Dávila, Karen Nardy; Cuicapusa Galarza, Magaly Magdalena; Eslava Gómez, Adolfo; Torres Hidalgo, CarlosThis research presents an analysis of the Incuval Ventures entrepreneurship program, managed by the Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán in the Huánuco region of Peru. The study focuses on identifying the factors that contribute to and limit the program's progress between 2021 and 2023, with the aim of proposing improvements for its management and sustainability. The research addresses the issues of informality and the low level of entrepreneurship in Huánuco, two factors that negatively impact the region's economic and social development. Incuval Ventures emerges as an initiative to promote business formalization and the development of sustainable ventures, contributing to improving the quality of life for the population. A mixed methodological approach is used, combining quantitative data (surveys of 49 entrepreneurs) and qualitative data (interviews, focus groups, and document review). This combination of methods allows for a comprehensive view of the program's management, participants' perceptions, and the achievements made. The thesis explores the implementation of the program, including participation and inclusion strategies, achievements obtained, and sustainability strategies, evaluating the perceptions of entrepreneurs and university authorities. Finally, the applied proposal aims to strengthen the acceleration phase of ventures toward the formation of BIC (Benefit and Collective Interest) companies. This strategy seeks to consolidate the sustainability of the ventures and align their goals with the principles of triple impact: economic, social, and environmental. It is expected that this proposal will contribute to the development of formalized businesses that generate a positive impact in the Huánuco region.
