Method: the present investigation has a qualitative and hermeneutical approach, and it will be made through a comprehensive interpretation of the theoretical speeches of empathy, decision making, and selection process based on a documentary review. Investigation question: Is the empathy an influencing factor on the decision making of the selection process? Results: Propose an alternative selection process were the empathy is included on the decision making for the human management.
