To do this, a mixed, non-experimental, documentary and descriptive study was carried out on a sample of 15 managers of MSMEs in the Coffee Region, applying bibliographic files and a survey as instruments. The results allow us to ratify the potential of the microlearning methodology to facilitate the agile and effective acquisition of knowledge and skills essential for the staff of an entity can carry out the processes with greater efficiency, promoting success in the management of the business processes.
