    Normatividad reguladora de la pesca ilegal en Colombia

    This project aims at general level, compiled into a document database, about Colombian law regarding the regulation of illegal fishing in the country, in order to generate a source of information that highlights the details of legislation currently governing fishing in the country context -- To accordance with this objective, we developed a study with a qualitative approach, since the investigation is directed to interpret the rules regulating illegal in Colombia, besides the design of diagnostic research is therefore intended present the findings to describe the current reality of such rules and finally, the type of study conducted is exploratory - descriptive, as its central objective, to achieve the description or characterization of these standards -- With this basic methodology, the study is based on the importance of access to a document compiled the most important standards in the protection of the environment and in relation to illegal fishing, so the research responded to an initial problem was to determine what are the rules governing the practice in Colombia and also, what are the essential characteristics that make them effective and effective in the current national context

    En este artículo se estudia la Convención sobre el Comercio Internacional de Especies Amenazadas de Fauna y Flora Silvestres (CITES), Convención que busca evitar que el comercio desmedido de las diferentes especies de fauna y flora afecte la biodiversidad que necesitamos los seres humanos para sobrevivir -- Tiene como propósito identificar los objetivos y estructura de la CITES y determinar si ha tenido o no impacto normativo en el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano, así como un breve estudio de la relación que existe entre el Derecho internacional y el Derecho interno
