    Impacto de la estrategia EAST para el cambio de comportamientos con efectos en la accidentalidad en una planta de producción antioqueña

    The purpose of this research work is to evaluate the impact of the application of the EAST methodology for changing unsafe behaviors in employees of an Antioquia production plant, in order to contribute to the reduction of occupational accidents. We worked with a sample of 43 employees. It is developed through a quasi-experimental design with control group. One group, with 28 employees received the intervention of the methodology and another group of 15 employees, was left as a control group. It was found that the application of the EAST methodology does generate behavioral changes. The theoretical and practical implications of this finding are discussed in the text.
