Publicación Prefactibilidad para la creación de una empresa exportadora de dulce de leche “manjar blanco” en la ciudad de Tuluá(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Arango López, Manuel Ernesto; Salazar Gómez, Francisco JavierThe work describes a pre-feasibility study for creation of a company dedicated to the production and exportation of “dulce de leche”, based on a traditional prescription that mixes essential elements and individual property, which make it an original and interesting product for establish itself in a selective showcase of Colombian desserts in the international market. After the identification of the business idea, the objective was to evaluate the pre-feasibility for the creation of an export company of “dulce de leche” "manjar blanco" in Tuluá city. The methodology was based on the study proposed by ONUDI through the analysis of studies of the sector and environment using the PESTEL method. About the market considering the 4 P's; technical, in which the location was determined; size and engineering; administrative and legal; and financial evaluation. It is concluded that the project is possible since it was found that the market is favorable for the export of milk products, the legal constitution of the company is feasible and in the financial field the project is profitable, in addition to contributing to the economic development of the region and the country.
