    The snack market has grown in recent years in Colombia because they are portable and facially accessible products. However, a need has arisen focused on healthy eating, with the opportunity to offer the market an alternative to dehydrated fruit snacks. In the present work there is a prefeasibility study for the implementation of a project for the production and marketing of dehydrated fruit snacks in the city of Bogotá based on the analysis of the sector, market study, technical and administrative study, the legal framework and a financial analysis to determine its feasibility for implementation.
