    When the Chinese automotive industry decided to expand into the western market, it had to evaluate the best alternative for marketing its brands in the segmented and selected markets, including the countries that form the Pacific Alliance. This article, based mainly on secondary sources, develops, on the one hand, through a conceptual approach, the distribution methods implemented by automotive brands in general, and on the other hand, through an applied approach, the distribution strategies of the four Chinese brands that were selected —Changan, Great Wall, JAC, and BAIC— in the markets of Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

    The present work formulates the competitive strategy for the chemical products distribution company PQUIM S.A.S., in order to respond to the competition that has intensified in recent years with the entry of large multinationals in the distribution sector and the consolidation of customers in key segments such as paints and coatings. A strategic analysis is carried out to characterize both the internal and external context in which the company operates, where primary sources are consulted through interviews first with key personnel within the organization and then with external people with extensive knowledge and experience in the chemical product distribution sector. Secondary sources such as databases, specialized journals, state agencies and unions are also consulted. For the internal analysis, the SWOT matrix, Osterwalder's business model Canvas and the analysis of the company's value chain are used. Similarly for the analysis of the external context, Porter's five forces tools and PESTEL analysis are used. Finally, with the analysis of the results obtained, three competitive strategy alternatives are proposed that allow the company to take advantage of its strategic capabilities and offer a differentiated value to each customer segment it currently serves and thus position itself adequately to compete and continue to be profitable in the future.

    This thesis is oriented to the formulation of a logistic model for the sale of processed coffee to the retail and to the final consumer in Colombia. For this purpose, a research with a qualitative approach, descriptive scope and non-experimental design is developed in which it is analysed, through a structure of three (3) axes (Planning, Storage, Transportation) and twelve (12) perspectives (Location, Infrastructure, Financial impact, Channel composition, Space, Packaging, Handling, Risks, Means of transport, Frequency, Costs, Risks) critical aspects associated with the supply chain. The formulated model incorporates a visual structure that facilitates the understanding and analysis of the supply chain and its administration. The first axis (Planning) allows answering, from three (3) hierarchical-temporal levels (strategic, tactical and operational), questions associated with what, when and how within the framework of the channel. The second axis (Storage) focuses, from the optimization of service levels, expenses and infrastructure, on the analysis of conditions related to inventory maintenance. The third axis (Transportation) focuses on the evaluation of the flow dynamics (means, frequency, associated costs and risks) between the nodes that make up the chain.

    This marketing plan is designed to consolidate the Abocados brand in the Colombian guacamole market, a high-growth sector driven by healthy eating trends and convenience. FreshColombia, the company behind Abocados, seeks to leverage its expertise in handling Hass avocado products to differentiate itself and gain local market share. This plan focuses on overcoming the challenges of brand recognition, strong competition and the lack of segment-specific information, by proposing strategies that allow Abocados to stand out for its quality, freshness and innovation. The environment analysis includes a detailed benchmarking of brands in the sector, identification of consumer trends and opportunities in the market. Based on these findings, key strategies are proposed to increase market penetration, strengthen customer loyalty and improve brand recognition. Tactics include the development of a strong digital presence, educational campaigns to highlight the benefits of guacamole and the expansion of distribution channels, both physical and digital. The plan also establishes performance indicators (KPIs) that will allow monitoring the effectiveness of the implemented actions and making strategic adjustments according to market responses. The goal is to consolidate Abocados as the preferred guacamole brand among Colombian consumers, offering a fresh, healthy product aligned with current trends in sustainability and conscious eating. With this strategy, Abocados has a roadmap to capture growth opportunities and generate long-term value.
