Ítem El design thinking y el mapa de empatía con énfasis social en proyectos de ingeniería : proyectos de diseño en soluciones bajo metodologías ágiles de la Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Henao Santa, Juan David; Gallego Escobar, Francisco FernandoThis degree project presents the application of Design Thinking methodology and Empathy Map with social emphasis as a pedagogical strategy in the analysis of classroom integrating projects of the Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo, in order to expose the importance of methodologies used in design thinking, applied to other areas of knowledge such as engineering. The course in design projects under agile methodologies allowed to analyze this pedagogical strategy with a case study with a qualitative approach to the academic exercise, towards the integration of the different areas of knowledge, providing a solution to the fulfillment of the degree requirement in the practice modality of academic programs, problems generated by Covid-19. Additionally, solutions to social problems were proposed with technological proposals that were analyzed and structured in a specific context, applying design methodologies in this case study. Kennedy located in the municipality of Itagui involving underage students with social and academic difficulties that attend the night school -- The project foundations are based upon principles of social innovation, supported by TIC and uses design thinking. The students are involved in all the processes from generating the strategy, execution and evaluation -- This, plays an important role in the success of the project -- In resume, it is to generate a strategy that allows these students in high social risks to improve their academic processes as well as their behavioral processes, their learning and their human relations
