Initially, an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundations supporting these leadership styles will be undertaken, exploring their specific application in the context of projects. Subsequently, a close examination of how these leadership styles directly influence business development will be conducted, taking into consideration both their short- and long-term impacts. Furthermore, a meticulous assessment of key variables interacting with project leadership, such as the business environment, organizational culture, and available resources, will be carried out. The objective is to enhance understanding of how these variables influence business success. This holistic approach will provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between project leadership and business development, establishing a solid foundation for formulating effective leadership and business management strategies. This comprehensive approach is crucial for capturing the complexity of how project leadership impacts the health and direction of a company. By delving deeper into the different leadership styles and their specific application in the project context, a clearer understanding can be gained of how each approach affects operational efficiency, team motivation, and the ability to adapt to challenges. To this end, the IT project management methodologies were characterized, the types of IT infrastructure and consulting projects that can be carried out at a business level were categorized, the different project management methodologies were analyzed, the aspects taken into account were evaluated. account for the most appropriate methodologies according to the type of infrastructure and IT consulting project and the key criteria were defined through the assessments of experts in the management of IT infrastructure and consulting projects. A complete financial analysis was performed based on cash flow in different scenarios. Simulations were made based on whole own resources and partial bank credit. This work seeks to carry out a pre-feasibility study for the creation of massive events companies, dedicated to the presentation of artists in the coffee region, implementing theories and concepts relevant to this business idea, since theories on market studies, sectorial technical plans, massive events and pre-feasibility and criteria of administrative studies are investigated. For this purpose, a mixed methodological study is carried out with a descriptive scope where the necessary information is collected in a probabilistic way to carry out a pre-feasibility study of the market, the organization and commercial viability of a company dedicated to the preparation of these massive events, for which a line of specific objectives is established in three levels to define, establish and carry out a business plan. Among the specific objectives of the study is to characterize the users registered in the CCMMNA from prioritized municipalities according to the use of current business services, which, through the analysis of collected data, allowed for a comprehensive view of the current situation of companies in the region. It also aims to prototype new business services with cost based on the identified needs of the users; as a result, the entrepreneurs selected a service focused on the Training and Development of the organization’s employees and/or leaders. Additionally, it proposes testing the business services with the users registered in the CCMMNA; according to the service selected by the entrepreneurs, its design was oriented towards strengthening organizational and financial capacities within the companies, thus improving business performance and development. The implementation of this service aims to enhance the skills and competencies of the members of the organizations, significantly contributing to their overall development. To achieve these objectives, a mixed methodology with a descriptive approach was adopted. This methodology combines quantitative and qualitative approaches to obtain a more complete and in-depth understanding of the research topic, following the proposal of Sampieri (2018). The research analyzed quantitative aspects, such as the costs and economic benefits of business services, and qualitative aspects, exploring the perceptions, experiences, and satisfaction of companies and users regarding the business services. In conclusion, this thesis presents an innovative and well-founded proposal for the creation of business services with cost, aligned with the specific needs of the users of the CCMMNA. The use of a mixed methodology provides a comprehensive understanding of the economic and qualitative aspects of the project, thus enabling the design of services that meet the needs and expectations of the region’s entrepreneurs.
