Publicación Análisis de la claridad de lenguaje en las órdenes de archivo de la Fiscalía General de la Nación Seccional de Medellín : implicaciones en el acceso a la justicia y el derecho a comprender(Universidad EAFIT, 2026-05-26) Ricardo Bracamonte, Moisés David; López Macias, Pablo; Franco Daza, Juan DavidThis paper explores the relationship between the effective communication demanded from citizens' exercise of their rights. Taking several archive orders issued by the Attorney General's Office (Medellín Branch) as a case study, the reflections presented here propose a theoretical and practical view focused on the right to understand. It is argued that the clarity of the language is not a secondary element, but an essential guarantee for the effective enjoyment of other more developed constitutional rights, such as access to justice and information. Based on these findings, this research seeks to lay an empirical foundation to encourage critical discussion in the academic and legal community about how the linguistic configuration of these decisions affects, and often blocks, communication with the user.
