It initiated by searching all through the Schutz A action concept. Then throughout the action – decision concept from Parra D and finally by bearing in mind the learning process by Senge P. Additionally, the Velez’s learning concept was considered as means of the decision making process, in which the learning process comes from the principle of altering knowledge, attitude and the interpretation of reality from who is performing an action. However these learning processes that offer knowledge and experiences to those decision makers could embrace “tricks” which in the end will conduct to slanted or wrong decisions. Finally an exploratory work about decision making among first level administrators in the Aburrá Valley PYMES was completed. Semi structured interviews were conducted to those administrators in order to be acquainted with aspects such as experience, approaches for decision making and future decision making. Conclusions are presented in the last part.
