    The process done throughout this undergraduate work consists of establishing the feasibility of creating a virtual belly dance school in Colombia. To this end, through the analysis of the environment, the trends and potential needs covered by the product offered by the proposed dance school are identified, using as a tool the UNIDO methodology, where a market research survey is conducted, the market niche is defined, 20- to 60-year-old women with an interest in taking at least one Bellydance class per week with a paying capacity greater than 60,000 COP to invest in school subscription to meet the need for entertainment and exercise as a complement to health care. After segmenting the market, everything required for the assembly of the school is modeled through technical study (locative analysis and required physical and digital infrastructure), administrative (organization and structure with positions and functions of the human team) and legal (establishment of the company and applicable regulations) to bring together all the values associated with the financial study that ultimately yields the projection in monetary terms that the business would generate by showing under which scenario the results are favorable for the initiative that gives rise to the project and makes it viable, feasible and cost-effective
