Publicación Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de una IPS de cuidados paliativos domiciliarios en la ciudad de Pereira(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Puerto Avella, Diana Carolina; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz Amparo; Salazar Gómez, Francisco JavierThis study aims to evaluate and determine the prefeasibility for the creation of a home palliative care IPS located in Pereira, through the environment, sector, market, technical, administrative and organizational, legal and financial studies. Secondary sources of information were consulted, such as databases in scientific journals, university web pages, books and information published by non-governmental and governmental organizations, in order to carry out the feasibility study. An analysis of the financial viability of the project was carried out, with the data collected from the qualitative research, finding that for there to be viability, the incomes should be in the optimistic scenario, however, in the probable scenario, the losses are small, which could be technical losses and it could be said that in this scenario, the project would be at the break-even point.
