Using relationship marketing and e-commerce, as strategic tools, can help this company establish and maintain strong relationships with its customers, which, in turn, can contribute to its long-term growth and success. This plan seeks to provide the jewelry store with the information, strategies and tools necessary to face the challenges of the Colombian market and stand out in an increasingly competitive business environment.
