Focusing the proposal on an Organizational Model, Dave Ulrich, exposes a business growth strategy to be applied having a certain attention to human capital. In the financial cooperative of Antioquia, it is necessary to initiate a process of formation and training of a new generation of leaders with a vision of success to investigate solutions to day-to-day conflicts; in turn, formalize the necessary investments in information and communication technology, to guarantee optimal conditions in the performance of its personnel; adopting the telework modality conducive to minimizing operating costs and raising employee productivity levels. This proposal conceives executing the balance of current challenges in a global way where the human element is part of the assets of the entire organization, and actively contributes to decision making, process management, production and sales as part of the strategy.
